Description
The HTTP451 module provides an implementation of RFC 7725 in Drupal. When enabled, it can be configured to modify the http response code of any resource served by Drupal and have a http 451 response code served instead of the original one.
Target Audience
This module is aimed at helping people, especially journalists, who live in countries where suppression of free speech and public communication is frequent, to comply with censorship laws.

Roadmap
This module can be considered complete until there are new drafts for RFC 7725. However there may still be some issues/bugs with it so feel free to submit patches.
