Hello World for Drupal 8

Experimental project

This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.

This is basically a D.O. hosted git repo resource for the Drupal 8 Module Developers Guide in the Community D.O. Documentation.

I've started work on the next section of that overall doc

But I would like to have a git repo to basically work up the code for each sub-page.
It would also be a good resource for someone walking through the tutorial to have a git repo they could just clone and step through each of the commits.

I am uncomfortable having the documentation link to "my" project repo, even if it is d.o. hosted. If I could get commit access to a repo with my name scrubbed from it for this type of thing, I'd appreciate it.
