This module minimally overrides Feeds HTTPFetcher Append Headers to instead append a timestamp to the HTTP Fetcher.

Configuration
Configure one of your Feeds importers (admin/structure/feeds) and edit one to "Select a fetcher" and select "Append Timestamp HTTP Fetcher" to configure it with fields you see in the screenshot below.
