Experimental project
This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.
A simple module which allows you to link an entire block (title + content) to an internal or external URL.
Semantically it would be better to wrap the entire block in an <a> tag. Unfortunately, that causes problems with contextual links and other links that may be part of the block content. This module uses css place the link on top of the block.
