Experimental project
This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.
Enables organisations to run chess congresses where entrants select themselves from the ECF, Scottish or FIDE rating lists, and they are taken to paypal to pay. When they pay this is automatically captured and they appear in the list of entrants, and they and the organiser are emailed.
