Experimental project

This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.

Exposes Node type as an entity, thus allowing views to be made of node types.

Integration with Entityreference is provided to allow node types to be referenced via entity reference.

Currently when setting up a entityreference field to node_type entity you need to set 'Convert to varchar field' in de field settings.
@TODO making this switch on selected entity type and removing this setting.
