Online Scheduling and Contact Management – vCita LiveSite for Drupal

vCita LiveSite transforms your Drupal website into a personalized portal where clients can communicate, share documents, schedule appointments, and pay for services anytime, on any device. LiveSite drives more business opportunities through your website, and immediately makes your website usable on mobile devices – regardless of your template.

What does LiveSite include?

Contact Widget

The vCita LiveSite module automatically loads the LiveSite contact widget, an invite that shows on every page of your website, encourages customer-initiated interaction and empowers website visitors to contact, schedule an appointment, pay for a service and more. The widget is fully customizable to match your business and branding needs.

Online Scheduling

End the back and forth of scheduling appointments. Clients can schedule an appointment or service - while on your website. vCita Online Scheduling software displays your availability in-sync with your existing calendar, confirms the appointment details and even sends automated reminders.

Contact Management

Capture visitor information, better manage, qualify and follow-up with vCita Contact Management. Receive SMS or Email notifications of client inquiries and appointments, automated reminders and follow-ups.

Document Sharing

No more attaching large, bulky files to client emails. With vCita Document Sharing, you can easily upload and share files with clients in the cloud. Control file access and receive notifications when viewed.

Online Payments

Get paid faster by offering your clients a simple way to pay you online. vCita online payments and invoicing lets your clients pay for services, appointments or invoices using any credit-card or PayPal.

Module Features

The vCita module automatically loads the LiveSite Contact Widget. It can be configured to load based on rules set in the configuration screens:

  • Role based restrictions: Widget display can be suppressed for specific roles (for example to exclude internal users)
  • Path based restrictions: Path whitelists and blacklists are allowed to filter, which pages should receive the widget - by default, all admin pages, user account pages and node editing pages are excluded.
  • Node Type based restrictions: Content types can be used as filters for widget visibility.

Requirements

Javascript needs to be enabled in the browser for the widget to work.

A valid vCita account is required for the module to work. Free and premium accounts are available at vCita. The configuration for the module allows for an account to be created or an existing account to be activated via login.
