Fancy Form API is inspired from #states property of Drupal Form API.

This module is designed for developer who alter or build form by Form API. Now it currently support below properties:

used by: checkbox

Description: Format description as a tips icon next to the checkbox.

#select_all

used by: select

Description: Format a select all checkbox.
