This is Drupal Quran distribution master branch here https://github.com/azvox/qurandistro/archive/master.zip . Download it from github. Also, download the csv file here, https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/blob/master/resources/quran-tags-with... as it contains all the known translations and recitations . If you just want English translations and some recitation(muqaily,Suday, Alajamy and alafasy) use https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/blob/master/resources/quran_english.c... . After installation and download of your chosen file, click on the "Import Quran" menu on your user menu on the right hand side. Upload your download csv files(unzip it) by clicking on the "Browse" button and click import. Wait till it finishes and you will have a complete Quran website that looks like the above image.
I have also included a high quality blue page images. To use it, use the Quran pages importer included. Download the the images here https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/blob/master/resources/images/quran_pa..., unzip it ftp it in the /sites/default/files/quran_images. You can also use the sura_links and Juz_links to link the files to the pages. The two files are here https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/raw/master/resources/juzlinks.csv.zip AND here https://github.com/azvox/quran-csv/raw/master/resources/suralinks.csv.zip. Use the two importers included as imports.
If you're installing on an existing site create a sub-domain such as http://quran.qurandownload.org and link your two sites that way.
