This module provides a link into block after click by it will load popup block which allows users to forward a link to a page from your website to friends.
"Send to friends" it is port Spread module from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 with some changes as ctools popup form and added different popup settings.
Additionally:
- Watchdog entrie is added logging who sent and who received.
- CAPTCHA & Mollom integration, must be re-configured at the mollom level.
Dependencies:
Chaos Tool Suite also known as CTools.
Installation:
Install as usual, see https://drupal.org/node/895232 for further information.
After installation you have to configure:
- Permissions - go to 'People' -> 'Permissions'
- Block visibility settings - go to 'Structure' -> 'Block'
- Popup settings - go to 'Configuration' -> 'Content authoring' -> 'Send to friends'
