Fepper

The Fepper theme for Drupal includes templates generated by the Fepper frontend prototyper as well as styles, scripts, and theme functions which build out the Drupal theme to match the look and feel of the Fepper frontend.

This responsive theme is ideal for incorporating rapid prototyping via Pattern Lab into your Drupal development flow.

If you already use Pattern Lab PHP, you most likely use it within a Node.js environment dedicated to frontend development. If you don't want to switch themes, at least consider using Fepper's Node.js implementation of Pattern Lab for your current theme. Your frontend developers can stay within the Node.js environment, as opposed to calling tasks in Node.js, which must reach out to the OS's shell, to launch a PHP runtime environment, in order to call PHP scripts, which then call Pattern Lab PHP tasks.

More simply put, Fepper keeps its operations in Node.js (emphasis on "simply"). When you need to integrate your frontend into Drupal, there are simple Fepper commands to do so.
