Experimental project

This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.



Provides an internal Drupal 7 API for NASA's ECHO service (http://earthdata.nasa.gov/echo) that provides access to a wide range of Earth science datasets.

The integration is functional but very limited in scope and really intended as a proof of concept only.

Dependencies: Devel (http://drupal.org/project/devel)

This module was developed as an example of Drupal to a REST XML web service integration with Drupal's core HTTP functions, and was demoed at Drupalcamp Atlanta 2012 in the "Talking to web services" session (slides: http://www.slideshare.net/DrupalcampAtlanta2012/talking-to-web-services-...).
