User with role that has create/edit/delete privilege for content type, does not see the edit/delete link on the node. Admin user can see the link, so it is not a browser issue.

User can edit by typing /edit on the url, so it is not a permission issue.

I have all link for edit/delete the node. I think for the problem with Zircon version. Please, try the Zircon version 8.x-1.0-rc1
