Now that IE8 is officially unsupported, there is only 1 supported IE browser that understands the conditional comments that produce the lt-ie* classes: IE9.

And IE9 is becoming unsupported on April 11, 2017.

I think it make sense to drop them now.

I'll roll a 7.x-6.0-beta2 that will be the last Zen to have them.

We'll need to remove them from html.tpl.php and also from all the Sass files.
