There is no visual indication in the Branch content type that Header, Content, Bottom are not used if “Use Layout Builder” is checked. We should permanently update group labels, something like “Header Area (deprecated, not displayed in Layout Builder)” (and the same for Content Area and Bottom Area).

Additionally, it might make sense to reorder so that Menu and Branch Amenities are above those sections in the edit form.
