Before using the module you need to download xmpplib v0.1.1 from http://hg.mxwerx.com/xmpplib/archive/v0.1.1.tar.gz and copy xmpplib-v0.1.1/lib directory to modules/xmpp/lib. After that, please follow the directions in README.txt to properly configure and test the module.
