I use clean URLs in my site.
I send sitemaps to search engines automatically by XML sitemap.

But the module sends the url as
example.com/?q=sitemap.xml

But the example.com/sitemap.xml
is reachable. But module doesn't send as clean URL.
So search engine (Google) assumes that there are 2 sitemaps and examines them seperately in Google webmaster site.

Is this a bug or is it my fault?

Do you actually have clean URLs enabled? Check your admin/config/search/clean-urls page.

Yes i'm sure that my site uses Clean URLs.
But when i first install the XML module (2 months ago), i wasn't using clean URLs.
After installing module, i enabled clean URL. Can it be the reason?
