I've installed the Wysiwyg filter module, but I can't configure it... I can't see the setting panel anywhere!!
I hope somebody can help me...

I'll answer my question myself. The configuration for this module can be found under

http://www.example.com/admin/config/content/formats

in Drupal 7. The WYSIWYG Filter is added to each of the text formats there and can be activated and configured in the tabs at the bottom of the page.

The documentation needs updating to reflect this.

Please see the attached patch which updates the README file with instructions about where the WYSIWYG Filter configuration can be found.

(I've also removed the module installation instructions, and included a link to the Drupal documentation there instead.)
