I've installed the Wysiwyg filter module, but I can't configure it... I can't see the setting panel anywhere!!
I hope somebody can help me...

in Drupal 7. The WYSIWYG Filter is added to each of the text formats there and can be activated and configured in the tabs at the bottom of the page.
The documentation needs updating to reflect this.

(I've also removed the module installation instructions, and included a link to the Drupal documentation there instead.)
