Is CKEditor for WYSIWYG Module compatible with the great insert module (and image resize filter)?

quicksketchYes, it should work with both of those modules. In fact it works much better with image resize filter than other CKEditor modules because it includes the webkitdrag plugin, which adds resize handles for webkit-based browsers (Chrome and Safari), which don't support them natives (hence the warning on the image resize filter module page). If it turns out these modules don't work, please post back here. I'm the maintainer for all 3 modules so we should be able to figure it out if there's trouble. :)

kerrycurtain commentedHave installed both insert and image resize filter & configured according to instructions.
Unfortunately cannot get the image handles to show. Clicking on the image in the edit window only changes the image to a blue block with no handles.
I am using ckeditor 7x-1.12 and chrome browser. This problem was also documented at http://drupal.org/node/1459176
Can you please advise as I am really looking forward to using the resize function.

davidneedhamJust tested this on a brand new vanilla Drupal site with the usual modules on the latest version of Chrome. I was completely unable to recreate this bug. Closing since I can't figure out how to make this happen.
[Please note that I did have to apply the patch from #1911462: Editor gets disabled by ajax calls : detach trigger isn't checked properly to even be able to upload images without breaking WYSIWYG. I also used the Insert module to put the images within WYSIWYG.]

Roar-1 commentedWas able to get Insert working correctly after installing the patch #1911462 but I noticed the MIME type is not being passed along with the file path; there is no icon included when you insert a file such as a PDF.
