sunYou can define the default font size in your theme's stylesheet, and that definition will also be the one and only definition that will be used when saved content is viewed.

Aren Cambre CreditAttribution: Aren Cambre commentedNo, I mean the default font size that the editor uses to display text. Not talking about site theme or HTML markup created by the editor.

sunIf you are not talking about the editor's content area (which uses the same stylesheet like your site's theme when configured accordingly), then I can only guess that you are talking about the editor's toolbar (because I don't see any other "text").
The editor skin/theme cannot be altered dynamically. At some time in the future, after #313497: Allow configuration of advanced editor settings has been done, you will be able to select a different editor theme (if available). Hence, marking as duplicate.
