The markItUp icons do not show up because the generated HTML refers to them as 1.png, 2.png, ... and the actual image names are bold.png, clean.png, ...

The workaround is to figure what number corresponds to what image and copy the images.

This issue has been fixed in the -dev and the solution will be included in the next release.
