Hello there.
I upgraded to from v6.2-2.0 alpha1 to 6.x-2.0 of WYSIWYG API today, and the Image Assist button no longer shows up in my TinyMCE editor. I've checked and double-checked permissions, settings and profiles, but no matter what I do, the button will not show (it is selected to be enabled in my TinyMCE profile under the WYSIWYG site configuration. I'm using Image Assist v6.x-2.0-alpha3, and TinyMCE v3.2.1.4. When I switched back to v6.2-2.0 alpha 1 of WYSIWYG API, re-downloaded TinyMCE, and configured it appropriately, my Image Assist button came back, so it's definitely something to do with the new release.
Thanks so much for the work you put into this module!

sunMarking as duplicate of #469530: TinyMCE image assist popup not redirecting to new installation folder 'libraries'. You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
However, thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

If you're having this issue:
- You can use Sun's patch at http://drupal.org/node/469530
- Or (this was easier for me):
== Download the new WYSIWYG API module, and the developmental "snapshot" for V3.0 of the img_assist module and install them.
== Note that the location for TinyMCE has changed with the new WYSIWYG module (i.e. xxxx/sites/all/libraries/tinymce) - As in the past: BE SURE TO CREATE THE FOLDER "tinymce" and then unpack the library into that folder (this is different than all the other library installs that unpack into the correct directory automatically).
== Run update.php
== Then, *important*, REMOVE your TinyMCE profile in the WYSIWYG module site configuration, and then add a new one. If you don't do this, you can select any buttons you want, but the old settings for the old img_assist mod will be cached, and the img_assist button won't show up.
That should do it!
