How to set default input format?

I installed WYSIWYG and added a new input format to use it called "User friendly." It's enabled for role "Content Creator." I set the WYSIWYG settings to "allow users to set their default settings," however, there is no place on the User Edit User page or Edit Role page to set this. How do I default a user, or the role, to this input format?
