Do you know if you'll modify the API in order to add correctly the Tinymce plugin Template : http://wiki.moxiecode.com/index.php/TinyMCE:Plugins/template is very useful and I would prefer use it with wysiwyg instead of tinymce module.

Something like that could be done as Drupal module, implementing a "Drupal [editor] plugin" for Wysiwyg API, and thus, making it available to all editors that support Drupal plugins. Because of that, this plugin was intentionally left out from the configurable plugins for TinyMCE.
