Added a value to the CSS classes settings area, hit save, go back to a BODY field to use the RTE, and CKEDITOR won't render.

no error messages in watch dog, no error messages in dev tools.

Only way to restore it, is to remove the WYSIWYG profile, and reinstall it, and set configuration again.

I'm unable to reproduce this.
What value did you put in for the CSS classes box?
Something like Foo=h2 works for me. An attempt is made to validate the input to prevent crashes from the editor misinterpreting the value.

Please provide a sample of the value which causes the silent crash if this is still a problem and I'll see if I can reproduce it.
