Duplicate of Web Service Clients module

This module appears to be a duplicate of the Web Service Clients module.

Was there something missing from the original module that led to the creation of this one? If so, please explain on the project page. If not, please consider working together to merge functionality into one module.

There is actually a third module, Services Client, that also appears to have the same purpose. The issue in that queue is #2116681: Duplicate module?.
