Problem/Motivation

As a language service provider, with our Drupal client projects we often run into situations where API provider projects can't be delivered due to technical issues.

It would be a great feature if there were a way to manually 'import' files to do the delivery vs. only being able to 'fetch translations'.

The workaround we currently use is to abort the API order and then create a file exchange export/import order which can be a lot of extra manual work.

Steps to reproduce

Create an API (provider) project and try to delivery it without 'fetch translations' by manually imported the translated files (ie. converting it to a file exchange provider order. Currently this can't be done, as far as I'm aware.

Proposed resolution

Enable provider projects to have translated files imported.

User interface changes

On the manage jobs page on the details of a project enable translated file import.
