Initial release of 8.x-2.x branched from commit 661c2108c84e961a00ae7174c91053858447a7d2 of 8.x-1.x.
We are working on moving Workbench Moderation into core as Content Moderation. The 8.x-2.x release will then become an upgrade path from WBM 8.x-1.x to Content Moderation.
This is the first stable release of Workbench Moderation for Drupal 8. It is fully functional to the best of our knowledge.
The default configuration should suffice for the majority of typical use cases. However, all states and transitions are completely configurable per-site.
This is the second beta release of Workbench Moderation. It includes a variety of bug fixes but not much in the way of new functionality. It should be stable enough to use on real sites.
The main missing piece is Views integration, which is a blocker for a Release Candidate.
At this point we consider Workbench Moderation sufficiently stable to use in production sites, and will make an effort to maintain API stability and an upgrade path for future releases. However, that is not 100% guaranteed until the full release.
This is the second alpha of Workbench Moderation for Drupal 8. This includes various and sundry UI improvements and bug fixes.
A fresh reinstall is strongly recommended. API stability between tagged releases is still not guaranteed, although probably all that will change at this point is configuration defaults.
As this is a development branch it is not guaranteed to be stable at any given time, and could eat your puppy. Use at your own risk (and your puppy's).
This release is a re-roll of 7.x-1.0-beta7, which failed to appear as the "recommended release" on the Workbench Moderation project page due to issues with the release system.
