Set fields editable and visible according moderation states and user roles

Workflow fields module has exactly such feature. In a short description, for example, a node has fields A, B, C. When it is in published state, author and editor can not edit field A and can not see field B. Administrator can not edit field C, can see all fields.
If workbench related modules has such feature, we can no longer use workflow module based solution.
