Include bundle assignments for transition workflow checkboxes

Problem/Motivation

It is helpful for our users where multiple bundles and workflows exist, to show the relationship on the transitions fields with help text.

Steps to reproduce

As an editor, I don't know which workflow transitions apply to the bundles I have selected.

Proposed resolution

Look up the workflow configuration to get which bundles are assigned to it. Display the bundles as help text for each of the checkboxes fields within Transitions.

Added help text to the form.
