I am using Workbench 7.x-1.2 on a Drupal 7.22 install using Views 7.x-3.7. I have setup a very basic Workflow using an existing content type. I have NOT installed Workbench Access as it is overkill for my basic needs. I have created the necessary roles and permissions and everything works as far as a Content Editor being able to create a Draft, place the Draft in Needs Review and then an admin going in and publishing the page. My issue is if/when an admin needs to send the page BACK to the Content Editor with some notes.

So in this instance, the admin would see that something is in Needs Review, but instead of publishing it, the admin clicks "Edit Draft". Then down on the bottom of the page I see "Publishing options" where I can add "Moderation notes" and then place the page back in the Draft state. The problem is if I do that, the Draft will now ONLY show for the admin and it disappears completely from the original Content Editors Workbench. It's as if the admin took control of the page away from the original author even though it's back in the Draft state.

The one thing that I see that is odd is after watching this YouTube video at 2:35 I see that she has a section called "Revision information" and the notes are called "Revision log message". I do not get either of those. I see "Publishing options" and "Moderation notes". I'm not sure if this is just differences in Workbench versions or if I have something configured wrong.

Other then this one issue everything is working great.
