This patch fixes a problem when a wfm is placed inside a normal fieldset that is hidden with conditionals. We get the error
TypeError: Argument 1 passed to drupal_array_get_nested_value() must be of the type array, null given, called in /modules/contrib/wfm/wfm.module on line 197 in drupal_array_get_nested_value() (line 7007 of /includes/common.inc).
