I have a useful Drush script that I would like to post into my sandbox area for other people to look at (and modify and use), but I notice that Drupal.org has no category closer than Module for Drush scripts. So it looks like I either have to load it as a module (which it isn't -- at least yet) or put it up on my own personal git OUTSIDE of Drupal (where it won't be seen much by the people who need to see it).

You should ad DRUSH to the project types on this page:

https://www.drupal.org/project/add

I understand that it's not simple, but it seems like a major oversight to me not to have included Drush scripts as a type of project.

Or maybe just an "OTHER" category which includes Drush and Shell scripts and whatever else . . .
