Webform ZenDesk Integration

This module integrates Drupal Webforms with Zendesk Backend. Users have option to map the various fields on Webforms to that fields in ZendDesk Tickets. Currently only Zendesk tickets can be created. Further Integrations will be looked into once the code is made more generic.

Features of this module

1. It plays well with existing Webforms.
2. Users can change the mapping for fields. ie they can decide which field on webform has to be mapped to which field on ZenDesk
3. You can use multiple Webforms to submit tickets to the ZenDesk BackEnd
4. There is an option to enable or disable the submission of form to ZenDesk in the Webform settings page

Similar Modules and Differences

https://www.drupal.org/project/zendesk_api : Its an API module which is intended to be used by other modules and hence doesn't have an interface.

https://www.drupal.org/project/zendesk_feedbacktab : Its a javascript based interface and doesn't add an integration with Drupal. Meaning you can't use existing forms to create tickets on Zendesk.

https://www.drupal.org/project/zendesk_forms : The integration is done using a block and adding fields or changing the mapping is not possible from UI. You will have to write code for that. Moreover there is only one form in the block which can be used.
