There's no table/table row webform component in the list.

But using 2.x.dev with Webform 4. alpha10 dev actually works!

Doesn't work for me for existent content at all in conjunction with 7.x-4.0-beta1; have checked both dev / 7.x-4.0-alpha0 version.
Dev gives Notice: Undefined index: table_element in webform_component_include() (line 3955 of /sites/all/modules/webform/webform.module). and there are indexes missed after 7.x-4.0-alpha0 install.

Try the 7.x-2.x-dev version... I've been testing it out on Webform 7.x-4.1 and it seems to work okay.
