Steps to reproduce

Add a new score radio/any element.
Add two values for the “Element Options”.
Next goto Quiz Answers and select “Sum score from a set”, add score values for the 2 element options.
Next go back to Element options and add 2 more values.
Now go to Quiz Answers, change 3 dropdown to to nay value and observe UI

This issue works fine for existing webform element but for new element“Element Options” table will come inside quiz answer.

More holistic approach for all the Quiz score fields with custom fields as well.
