Is it possible to have rules send an e-mail based on a value of a webform submission?

For example - if a specific webform field has the value hero an email is sent.

I did not see any conditional option available for webform submission values.

Hi, I would also like to do exactly this, too.

Is this already possible with Webform Rules or is this still a pending feature request?
