Trigger Rules When Submission Limit Hit?

I haven't found an easy way to do this yet, but I was hoping to trigger an email to the site admin when a form's submission limit is reached. Am I missing the easy way to do this? I don't see anything like that under Conditions and will take any suggestions out there. Thanks.
