This request was posted within the Rules issue queue some time back, but I'd like to raise it here to see if anyone has looked into implementing this into webform_rules?

I want to close the possibility for the user to do further submissions. This can be done by hand via Webform > Form Settings > Status of this form. https://www.drupal.org/node/1360616#comment-5325030
