make all webform reports table editable

Is it possible that site administrator can perform changes in each columns and rows of the report tables(multiple select, textfield and uploaded files...) .As well as the possibility of the search within each Component(autocomplete search) .The report can be visible to the user Whereby access to all stages of their application(demands)
In short, all the results into a table in the final report can be editable and changed directly Without reference to edit original webform (or direct transformation to the original item in webform by double clic pushing or a edit link).
