File can´t be removed anymore since Drupal 7.71

As we can see clearly explainned in the picture the file is ready to be removed but it don´t.
After click on "remover" button it starts some throb job but it stops and file is not removed. Even if I save after then and come back to form the file is still there.
I worked on it before Drupal 7.71 and it worked. There were some similar issues with this Drupal version related to Google Chrome.
I am using Drupal 7.72 and only this module is having problems now. I can´t remove a file.
I tried to remove with Chrome and Firefox but the file is still there.
Yesterday I had to erase the full form and redo it again to work out. File is uploading but not erasing once is there.
Please help.
