Everything works like it should until the user actually tries to click the file to download. When the file is clicked to download, a 404 Not Found Error is given. I have provided a screen shot.

I can see in my FTP where the protected download files are being uploaded so I know they're there but it seems the expiring url created by the module is not connecting to the file for some reason.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

If this is still a problem, please provide a list of file related modules that you use and some more details about you setup and context.
