Accord to https://apidocs.mailchimp.com/api/2.0/lists/subscribe.php

- GROUPINGS should be groupings
- groups should be array, not string with comma delimited

This works for me. Interest groups work again.

This patch fixes the issue.

Before, no groups were being set in MailChimp.

After applying patch, groups are set per the configuration and Webform input.

Tried this against the latest dev and it didn't apply, re-applied to latest dev.
