Anonymous Submission

I have a webform with one Constant Contact email field setup to allow submissions from anonymous users. The body text and submit button are the only things which display. No errors are generated. As a control, I have another webform setup for anonymous users which uses a standard text field and it renders as expected. I have tried clearing caches, rebuilding permissions, and running cron, to no avail. Please let me know if I can supply additional information.
