to help cut down on typos in email addresses it would be helpful to have an option for the user to verify their email address (ie enter it two times and have the two be validated to match).

You can do this by enabling an option in constant contact. I see little point duplicating this feature in drupal.

Sorry, maybe I'm wasn't clear. I'm not talking about them having to confirm their email address or their desire to receive the email, I'm talking about making sure that they typed their email address correctly the first time by having them type it in two different fields and have webform be able to validate whether or not the two entries match.
