This is identical to Webform 6.2.0-rc4. The main difference is compatibility with Drupal 10. See the release notes for development releases of 6.2.x for the complete set of changes.
This is the final release of Webform 6.1.x. This version only runs on Drupal 9, which will go out-of-support on November 1, 2023. Please upgrade to Webform 6.2.x and Drupal 10.
Unless there are serious issues, the full release of Webform 6.2.0 will be Monday, October 30, 2023. The main change in this RC is reverting issue #3204176 since that change was causing other problems.
