Since I've uploaded Webform to 7.x-4.16, the email tokens are not replaced anymore.

I get the original tokens on my inbox, like this:

"[submission:date:long]
[submission:values]"

I was able to "solve" this problem by downgrading to 7.x-4.7 again.

Those tokens look fine to me. It would be helpful to know what change broke it for you.
