Hello,

I created differents conditions on a list selection field. It works on my contact form. But, if I return to the administration page of the conditions, the conditions are cleared and the first value from my list selection will appear in all conditions.

Thanks I've confirmed this problem. I've committed this patch to the 4.x branch which should solve the problem. The functionality of the conditionals is all working fine, but the JS on the conditionals page is reverting the select list default value.

Yes I've already pushed the change, so it will be in the next release of 4.x.
