PDO issue

Hi,

I often get this error message when trying to setup a view and filtering by geod_id.

"Path: /admin/structure/views/view/meteo/preview/page/ajax

ResponseText: PDOException: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND next_download_attempt > '2015-10-29 10:26:56'' at line 1: SELECT * FROM {weather_forecast_information} WHERE geoid IN () AND next_download_attempt > :current_utc_time; Array"

This appends on different installs.
