Initial Alpha release.

Module is working with Waterwheel Javascript library to provide a Open API Specification download for resource discovery. The legacy resource discovery is still available for users of the older versions of the Waterwheel Javascript library.

waterwheel 8.x-2.x-dev

Git branch 8.x-2.x

Development snapshot for 8.x-2.x-dev. This branch is compatible with Drupal core 8.2 and above.

A new branch was need because #2308745: Remove rest.settings.yml, use rest_resource config entities change how REST resource were stored and broke backward compatibility.

This branch also removes all the routes dealing with User login/logout/status as these were add to core in 8.2.x
